フリー音源について

このページでは、狩りスタとして作成したFreeBGMの配布と紹介をしています。
コンセプトとしては「モンハン重ね着勢が作るフリーBGM」で、重ね着動画や狩り映えしそうな動画にはもちろんのこと、配信用だったりモンハンに関係ない動画にも使えそうな音源を作成しています。

音源の作成についてはとあるAI曲作成サイトにて有料課金し商用利用可能としているのでその点もご安心ください。

演奏や作曲についてはAIが行っていますが、プロンプトは細かく工夫したいわゆるセルフプロデュース曲です。
各BGMの視聴はYouTubeのサブチャンネルである『狩人スタイル | MHWilds』(HuntersStudio- el)にてフル視聴していただけます。
リクエストは基本的に受け付けていませんが、参考にはさせてもらうので作ってほしいBGMや雰囲気やテーマなどあればYouTubeのコメント欄に気軽に書いてってほしいです！

フリーBGMのご利用方法

狩りスタが提供するフリー音源は「HS Free Music License」という独自のライセンスで保護されています。
気軽に利用していただけますが、かならず下記の利用条件をご確認･遵守いただくようお願い致します。

狩りスタとして公開している音源を保護するための独自ライセンス。
以下の用途で自由にご利用いただけます。

▫個人・非商用での利用

▫収益化された動画・配信などでの利用

▫商用コンテンツでの利用

▫ゲーム・アプリ・映像作品などへの利用

▫音源の編集・加工・アレンジ

▫SNSへの投稿

▫その他、音源を作品の一部として使用すること

利用にあたって、事前の連絡や許可申請は必要ありません。

クレジットの記載

音源をご利用の際は、以下のクレジット表記をお願いします。

Music：Hunter’s Style「曲名」

曲名は、日本語・英語のどちらか一方だけでも構いません。

可能であれば、使用した音源のYouTubeページや当ホームページへのリンクも添えていただけると嬉しいです。

SNSでのご紹介について

作品をSNSなどで公開する際

「#狩りスタBGM」
のハッシュタグをつけていただけると使用していただいた作品を見つけやすくなります。

こちらは必須ではなく任意でのお願いです。

禁止事項

以下の行為は禁止します。

▫音源ファイルそのものを販売すること

▫音源ファイルそのものを、別の配布サイト・サービスなどで再配布すること
▫音源を自分が制作した楽曲として公開すること
▫音源を著作権登録・Content ID登録など、自分の作品として独占的に管理すること
▫「狩りスタ」または「Hunter’s Style」が、利用者や利用者の作品を公式に推薦・公認していると誤解させるような利用

ただし、音源を動画・ゲーム・配信・映像作品などの一部として使用し、その作品を公開・配布・販売することは問題ありません。

ダウンロードについて

音源ファイルは各音源ページにて無料でダウンロードしていただけます。

第三者が音源を無断で再配布している場合、その配布物の安全性や内容について狩りスタは保証できません。

本ページに記載されている条件の範囲内で無料でご利用いただけます。

本音源はCreative Commonsライセンスではなく、「狩りスタ Free Music License」に基づいて提供しています。

ライセンスの変更について

利用条件は、必要に応じて変更される場合があります。

ただし、変更前の利用条件に従ってすでに適法に利用されている作品について、変更後の条件を遡って適用することはありません。

How to Use our Free Music

The free music provided by Hunter’s Style is offered under our own original license, the HS Free Music License.

The HS Free Music License is our original license created to protect the music released by Hunter’s Style.

You do not need to contact us or request permission in advance.

Credit

When using our music, please include the following credit:

You may use either the Japanese or English title of the song.

If possible, we would also appreciate it if you could include a link to the YouTube page for the music you used or to this website.

Sharing on Social Media

When publishing your work on social media, we would love it if you could include the hashtag:

This makes it easier for us to discover works that use our music.

This is completely optional and is not required.

Prohibited Uses

The following actions are prohibited:

▫ Selling the music file itself

▫ Redistributing the music file itself through another website, platform, service, or distribution site

▫ Claiming or presenting the music as your own original work

▫ Registering the music with a copyright management system, Content ID system, or similar service as your own work, or otherwise claiming exclusive ownership or control over it

▫ Using the name “狩りスタ” or “Hunter’s Style” in a way that falsely suggests that we officially endorse, sponsor, approve, or recommend you or your work

▫ Unauthorized use or reproduction of our thumbnails or the character icons used in them, including using them as source material for AI-generated content.

However, you are free to use the music as part of a video, game, livestream, film, or other creative work, and you may publish, distribute, monetize, or sell that work.

Downloads

Music files can be downloaded for free from each individual music page.

If a third party redistributes our music without permission, Hunter’s Style cannot guarantee the safety, accuracy, or contents of those redistributed files.

For your safety, we recommend downloading our music directly from our official pages.

About the HS Free Music License

You may use our music for free as long as your use complies with the terms described on this page.

Our music is not provided under a Creative Commons license.

It is provided under the HS Free Music License, also referred to as the Hunter’s Style Free Music License.

Changes to the License

These terms may be updated or changed when necessary.

However, changes to the terms will not be applied retroactively to works that were already lawfully created and published under a previous version of the license.
